Delivery, Returns & Postage

We post orders daily Monday to Friday by 1st class post.

If any item is not as expected then just notify us by email  or post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead.    

  Postage costs on the original order are not refunded.

 Items must be returned via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery, this postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged or faulty).
If an item arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 days of receipt., you will be asked to return the damaged item & we will reimburse these extra postage costs.  If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.

If an item is not in stock we will aim to notify you within 48 hours, in this case you will be entitled to a refund or the option to wait for additional stock.

UK Delivery - Delivery costs £2.75 per order

Delivery time within the UK is usually 3 to 5 working days from order.

Europe, USA, Australia Deliveries - Postage is based on weight & orders will be sent by International Signed For. The maximum weight per order is 2kg, orders placed above that weight will be split into 2 & extra postage will be chargeable.

Western Europe

    1g -  250g =  £6.00 shipping
 250g -  500g =  £7.00
 500g - 1000g =  £9.00
1000g - 1500g = £11.00
1500g - 2000g = £12.00.
2000g - 3000g = £30.00

Rest of the World.

    1g -  250g =  £8.00 shipping
 250g -  500g =  £11.00
 500g - 1000g = £16.00
1000g - 1500g = £19.00
1500g - 2000g = £26.00

We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by situations out of our control, Royal Mail strikes & extreme weather conditions for example.
